Bylaw Amendment Vote TOMORROW Friday Feb 23rd.
Voting will be conducted from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at MCQC Masjid.
Voter list and Ballots will be at the MCQC Masjid.
Oversite of the Vote is conducted by the Election Committee.
Voting is Private and should NOT be discussed with Shura.
Results of the Vote will be announced after 7:30pm by the Election Committee.
If quorum is not reached (2/3rd of voting members) then follow up Vote will be on March 1st.

XV- AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAWS 
This will be possible at a designated meeting. The amendment must be presented in written form at a weekly educational meeting at least 3 weeks prior to voting date. A quorum of 2/3  of voting members and a 2/3 majority vote will be necessary to adopt the amendment. If 2/3 quorum is not met, then 1/2 quorum with 2/3 majority will suffice at the next weekly educational meeting.
